What is AirCare?

AirCare was created with one goal: to make finding reliable, compassionate home care easier for families.

Our founder, David Hall, built AirCare after experiencing first-hand how difficult it was to arrange care for his father. He wanted more than just a service - he wanted care that felt human, consistent, and trustworthy. When his father sadly passed away, David turned that personal journey into a mission to help other families avoid the same struggles.

We are starting small, here in Hertford, because we believe care should grow with purpose and integrity. At this stage, we provide companionship and non-medical support, with plans to expand into regulated services once our CQC certification is approved.

Why Choose Us?

Care That Comes From Experience
AirCare was founded by David Hall after his own journey arranging care for his father. We know the struggles families face because we’ve lived them - and we built AirCare to make the process simple, transparent, and compassionate.
Fair Pay Means Better Care
We pay our carers properly - always above minimum wage - because dignity starts with valuing those who provide care. When carers feel respected and supported, they can give their very best to your loved ones.
Transparency You Can Trust
With Birdie, our digital care platform, families get real-time updates, care notes, and peace of mind at their fingertips. No guesswork, no hidden details - just honest, accountable care.

AirCare is best suited for older adults who need non-medical support -such as help with daily routines, companionship, meal preparation, or light household tasks.

We do not provide specialist dementia care, medical care, or nursing services. If your loved one is living with dementia or has complex medical needs, we recommend seeking a provider that specialises in those areas.

Our role is to support independence and wellbeing for seniors who simply need an extra helping hand day-to-day.
